My apartment now has now utility bills. The building pays the electric and gas. And I'm managing to successfully use free wireless connections as my neighborhood has lots of open networks, or at least more than most. Then, to get free phone calls, I hook up my headphones and my microphone to my mac mini and use that free internet connection to make Skype calls that are sometimes way better sounding than landline phones, especially if you have a great microphone. Then, as it turns out, most of the televised stuff I like to watch is downloadable, so there's no cable bill. And most of the radio stations I like are on internet too, so there's no paying for cable radio, which you often need to do when you live in a basement like me. Yeah so no gas, no electric, no cable tv, no internet provider and no phone company, just rent. It's like an ideal I wanted to attain for a long time.

    "free wireless connections"

sounds great, I only pay rent and no utilities.
still gotta pay for my cell phone and ISP though.

Yeah, what you said got me to thinking. Someplace needs to come with "All Life Expenses Included." So the deal would be if you rented there, you'd get all utilities paid, including internet, and, dig it, including an unlimited cell phone account. Just one bill to pay. For instance, if rent were like a thousand a month, the landlord could just charge $1,100 andinclude the cell too by blocking international calls and making all the national calls free. That would be so Zen.
